If a package is visibly damaged upon receipt, you may refuse delivery. Once you have accepted delivery of your order, please contact Customer Service at 920-545-4956 or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org before returning any merchandise. We will assist you to make returns and exchanges as hassle free as possible. Normally, we will have a shipping company pick up the product, and upon receipt of the return Ballistic Performance Components LLC will ship out a replacement or issue a credit. Please save any and all packaging for inspection by the shipping company.

Oversized and heavy orders may require additional shipping charges, especially when shipping second- or one-day air. You will not be quoted for shipping at the time of order placement, but we will contact you with a shipping quote once we have calculated the most economical method for your order.
Currently we do not ship to APO, FPO, or PO boxes.
