Any returns are handled on an individual basis through our customer service department. We will accept unused products and issue a refund only with an RMA number received through our customer service department and returned within 30 days. If an item has been installed and found to be defective, we will exchange the item based on our Warranty Policy.
Ballistic Performance Components charges an industry standard 20% restocking fee on new, unused, sellable merchandise, returned within 30 days of purchase.
Any item that is returned and has been found to be used or damaged in attempted installation will be refused. Items that are returned packaged inappropriately or insecurely will also be refused. All return product shipping charges will be the responsibility of the shipper.
